Andrea Wolff has been with RUNGIS express for two years and is responsible for product development.

In collaboration with renowned chefs, he creates the Mise en place product line and other developments.

In 1996, Andre began his studies at the five-star hotel Villa Hammerschmiede, awarded 1* Michelin star.

And in 1999, André worked with renowned chef Hans Stefan Steinheuer in the Michelin-starred town of Bad Neuenahr.

From 2003 to 2005 André worked in southern Germany at the Schlosshotel Buehlerhoehe, which was awarded 2 Michelin stars and 18 Gault & Millau points.
