Developing menu for a restaurant, cafe

Leading chefs of the association make menus for restaurants, cafes, catering in accordance with the concept of the institution and your wishes.

MENU DEVELOPMENT SERVICE INCLUDES:
  • Assortment of dishes
  • Technical and technological cards of dishes
  • Departure of the Chef to you for training in the technology of cooking all dishes according to the menu of the kitchen staff of your establishment
  • Calculation cards necessary for keeping records of the consumption of purchased raw materials and products of the institution’s activities and pricing
  • Development of an alcohol menu and finding suppliers
  • Dessert menu development with subsequent staff training (separate service)

Recruitment and training of personnel

The association has a good base for training cooks, restaurant administrators and waiters. Culinary master classes, restaurant economics, and food safety classes are regularly held.

Complex equipment of a catering enterprise

  • We offer equipment for any catering establishments in the form of selection, supply, installation and maintenance of technological equipment.

Mystery Shopper Program

  • Analyzing the work of the staff of a food establishment under the Mystery Shopper program, the results of which show the real behavior and attitude to their duties of the service personnel in the absence of the owner of the institution.
  • Description of operating procedures for the catering business
